Who ATE Systems is…
ATE Systems builds on a rich legacy of developing innovative test systems and solving challenging testing needs.
Although ATE Systems was incorporated in 2009, its roots go back to 1984 with ATN Microwave. ATN had many notable contributions to microwave testing. In 2000, ATN was acquired by Agilent Technologies (now Keysight Technologies).
Key contributors at ATN re-grouped under the newly incorporated ATE Systems in 2009. The focus of this company is applying our deep knowledge of calibration and testing to production test environments. Our goal is to improve throughput, accuracy, and ultimately cost per tested part by developing custom autonomous test systems, involving minimal touch labor, accomplished by automating the calibration, measurement, and material handling aspects of the process.
